Very fine naturalistic brooch in the shape of a cereal ear set with navette- baguette- and octagon-cut diamonds, totalling ca. 3 ct H-I/VVS-VS, cognac-coloured brilliant-cut diamonds, totalling ca. 0.70 ct, and fine luminous blue drop-cut sapphires, totalling ca. 4.2 ct.
