Der Rahmen in Elfenbein, die Schnitzerei in Bein. Äußerst feine Darstellung der Geburt Christi. Im Zentrum das kleine Christuskind in der Krippe vor Ochs und Esel, flankierend Maria und Josef in Anbetung. Links ein anbetender Hirte mit seiner Schafherde, rechts ein Hirte mit Ziege in ergriffener Haltung. Die Heilige Familie ist in eine abgebrochene Arkade gesetzt, deren Bogen von einem göttlichen Lichtbündel mit Engel und Cherubim durchbrochen wird. Der Engel hält das später beschriftete Band "Gloria in Eccelsis Dei" (statt Deo). Seitlich flankierende Palmen, im Hintergrund in flachem Relief Stadtansicht und Landschaft. Ring zur Aufhängung.
