Der Künstler studierte Grafik in Rom und Mailand. 1977 stellte er seine Werke erstmals in der Galleria Vinciana in Mailand aus. Seine geometrischen Arbeiten sind beeinflusst durch die russische Avantgarde des 19. Jahrhunderts und durch de Chiricos metaphysische Gemälde sowie insbesondere durch die italienische Malerei des 15. Jahrhunderts. Außerdem sind seine Werke durch Astronomie und Cosmografie inspiriert.

Vor schwarzem Untergrund hat der Künstler in Weiß zarte Linien und Punkte aufgetragen, die den Lauf von Himmelskörpern angeben. Große runde oder halbkugelige Objekte sowie gespannte Fäden oder montierte Metallstäbe unterstützen die Wirkung und betonen einzelne Gestirne und Verläufe. Einige kleine Risse an den Rändern im Plexiglas. (9401069)
