Das größere Schwesterchen mit blondem Haar und hochgebundenem Zopf lässt das Brüderchen aus einem Gefäß trinken, das sie soeben aus einem Holztrog geschöpft hat, der vor dem Bauernhaus steht. An der Hauswand ein Holzbrett mit Gefäßen unterhalb einer Fensteröffnung, im Hintergrund Blick in den Bauerngarten mit dahinter hochziehender Bergkulisse. (861904)
