Decorative, unusually long and fine Sautoir necklace with 97 cornflower blue sapphires in oval cushion cut in chaton setting (all with obvious signs of wear to the facet edges), totalling ca. 24ct, alternating with white, probably natural pearls, diameter ca. 4 mm.
