In einer parkähnlichen Anlage mit altem Villengebäude ein sitzender Mann mit Melone in einem Rollstuhl, der von einer Krankenschwester geschoben wird. Vorweg läuft ein kleiner Hund, seitlich hinter ihnen geht ein Mann in langem Arztkittel, dessen Kopf an einen Schädel erinnert. Für den Künstler typische drastische und provokative Darstellung.
