Aufbau in Ahorn und Eiche, furniert in Ebenholz. Die Beschläge in Messing, geätzt. Der dreiteilige Innenkasten fehlt. Das schlichte, strenge, rechteckige Kästchen mit hohem Deckel. Die acht Ecken mit feiner Verstärkung. Die fein gearbeitete Bänderung weit über den Deckel und die Rückseite ziehend. Deckelseitig ein Tragehenkel. Schlüssel vorhanden.
Rest., ein Scharnier gebrochen. Leichte Alterssp.

Maple and oak structure with ebony veneer. Etched brass fittings. With key. Restored. One hinge broken. Minor signs of ageing.
