Als Supraporten gemalt. In einem der Bilder Apfel, Birnen und Pflaumen unter Anemonen und hohen Rispen mit Blätterwerk. Im Gegenstück eine hohe Steinvase, gefüllt mit Blumen, über einem Sockel mit danebenliegenden Früchten, wie Ananas, Melone und Pfirsiche.
Der Maler war ein Schüler des Tiermalers Nicasius Bernaerts (1620-1678). In Warschau wurde er zum Hofmaler des Königs Johann III Sobieski ernannt. Nach seiner Rückkehr in Frankreich spezialisierte er sich auf Stillleben, wobei seine Werke einen Einfluss durch die niederländische Malerei erkennen lassen. (12617570) (11)

Both paintings in curved frames with gilt Rococo surrounds.
The painter was a student of the animal painter Nicasius Bernaerts (1620-1678). He was appointed as court painter for King John III Sobieski in Warsaw. After his return to France, he specialized in still life paintings and his painting style shows his influence by Dutch painting.
This object has been individually compared to the information in the Art Loss Register data bank and is not registered there as stolen or missing.
