Konstruktive Studien zur zweiten Fassung der gleichnamigen Videoskulptur (siehe Van der Koelen, Opus Video Sculpture, Nr. 96006) aus dem Jahr 1996. Die ausgeführte Version unterscheidet sich von der ersten dadurch, dass auf dem Monitor das von einem Metalldetektor durchleuchtete Innere eines Koffers gezeigt wird, in den Vorzeichnungen noch als neutrale Fläche dargestellt.

Two pastel drawings on black paper.
Sheet: each 60 x 50 cm.
Both signed and dated lower right, titled at the left margin as well as inscribed.
Framed.
Construction studies for the second version of the video sculpture, executed in 1996 (see Van der Koelen, Opus Video Sculpture, Nr. 96006). This final version differs from the first showing on the monitor the interior of one of the suitcases through a metal detector, which is still given as an indistinct neutral area on the preparatory drawings.
