Büste des Kaisers Galba (Lucius Livius Ocella Servius Sulpicius Galba, römischer Kaiser der Dreikaiserjahr-Dynastie, geboren 3 v. Chr., gestorben 69 n. Chr.) sowie ein weiterer Cäsar, möglicherweise Aulus Vitellius (15 n. Chr. - 69 n. Chr.). Als Gegenstücke gleichartig gestaltet, Kopf jeweils in weißem Marmor, Togadraperie in Giallo Antico-Marmor, der vierseitige, eingezogene Sockel in schwarzem Marmor, jeweils mit Bezeichnungsaufschrift an der Vorderseite "GALBA. AVG" (Die Aufschrift des Gegenstückes durch den späteren Untersockel verdeckt). Der braun marmorierte, untere Sockel in Gips gefertigt. Die beiden Büsten in tadelloser Erhaltung, mit schöner Alterspatina. (9404930)
