Verwendung verschiedenfarbiger Marmorsorten in belgischem Schiefer, intarsiert mit Darstellung von Jagdszenen. Eine der Platten zeigt einen Jäger mit Jagdspieß vor einem springenden Hirschen, rechts Felsgestein mit darüber hochziehendem Baum, in der freien Fläche ein Schmetterling. Das Gegenstück zeigt einen Löwenjäger mit Lanze, der Hut in Lapislazuli, das Gewand in rotem Porphyr, im Zentrum der Löwe neben einem links stehenden Baum. Die schwarzen Schieferplatten jeweils in breiter Rosso Antico-Marmor-Rahmung, dazwischen kordelförmig gedrehter Metalldraht eingelegt. Beide Platten in jüngeren Holzrahmen. (871658)
