Rechteckige, glasierte und polychrom bemalte Bildplatte mit Darstellung der Kreuzabnahme Christi in weiter, hügeliger Landschaft mit links tiefer liegender Ansicht der Stadt Jerusalem vor hochragenden, blau gemalten Bergen. Rechts ein nach rechts gebogener Laubbaum neben einem in Kurvung nach hinten ziehendem Feldweg, der zu einem weiteren Städtchen führt. Im Zentrum das aufgerichtete Kreuz mit angelehnter Leiter, auf der ein Mann steht, der mit einer Zange die Nägel der Inschrift löst. In halber Höhe des Kreuzbalkens wird der Leichnam Christi durch Josef von Arimathäa und die Jünger herabgenommen, am Fußstamm Maria Magdalena, das Holz und die Füße Christi umfangend. Links die drei Marien in der Gruppe, vorne die Mutter Maria, ohnmächtig in den Schoß der Begleiterin gesunken. Die polychrome Farbigkeit zeigt sich in Türkisgrün, Gelb-Grün, Gold-Orange, Blau, Gelb und Mangan. Kanten und Rückseite ebenfalls glasiert. (871384)
