Meissener Porzellan-Figur eines Bison
Nach rechts stehend, der Kopf nach vorne gewandt. Auf ovalem Rasensockel mit angesetzten Blüten und Blättern. Fell mit braunen Flecken in feiner Pinselmalerei. Die Hörner dunkelbraun. Gras und Blätter in Gelb-Grün und Mittelgrün. Die Blüten in Violett, Rot, Gelb und Blau. Der Körper unterstützt von einem Baumstamm, daran Blätter in Grün. Restaurierungen an den Hörnern. Rep. L.: 14 cm. Am Boden Schwertermarke in Unterglasurblau, sowie Prägemarke II. Meissen, um 1750. Literatur: Guttmann, Katalognummer 51.
