DIE AUFFINDUNG MOSES Landschaft mit dichtem Baum- und Strauchbewuchs, dazwischen ein Fluss. Im Hintergrund einige Häuser zwischen den Bäumen sichtbar. Auf einer kleinen Anhöhe am Flussufer die im barocken Kostüm stehende Pharaonentochter mit gebieterischer Handgeste begleitet von Hofdamen. Eine Magd hat soeben das Kind im Korb aus dem Wasser geholt. Rechts im Hintergrund Schwäne auf dem Wasser, sowie eine Brücke. Amüsante Wiedergabe des biblischen Motivs, der Szene am Nil in die barocke Vorstellungswelt übertragen. Links unten sign. Öl/Lwd. 53 x 62 cm. (382321)
