Der Tisch trägt an der Unterseite die Inv.Nr. „3860“ sowie „T“ und einen Stempel mit drei Lilien von einer Krone überfangen, laut Vorbesitzer für das Inventar des Tuilerienschlosses.

Die schlanken, konisch zulaufenden Beine stehen in Sabots. Der rechteckige Schubladenkorpus mit einer aufklappbaren, scharnierten Lade, welche zwei kleinere Schubladen enthält, ist umlaufend verziert mit einem fein zisellierten vergoldeten Bronzefries in Form von Blattornamenten, die unterbrochen von Rauten mit eingelegten, ebenfalls rautenförmig drappierten Blättern sind. Eine zarte Fadeneinlage, die das Ormoluband umrandet, rahmt das Frontfeld der Lade ein. Die leicht überkragende Schreibtischplatte ist mittig mit Leder bezogen. Eine Galerie rahmt das Schreibfeld ein. (1370432) (19)
