Blick vom Inneren einer Kathedrale auf den hohen Eingangsbereich mit dem Mittelportal und zwei Seitenportalen, darüberliegend eine große runde Fensterrosette und drei weitere schmale Fensteröffnungen. Malerei überwiegend in Beige-, Ocker- und Brauntönen, in der typischen Manier des Künstlers.
Studium an der Akademie in Zagreb sowie 1935 in Spanien, danach in Dalmatien und Venedig. 1944 im Konzentrationslager Dachau. 1948 Teilnahme an der ersten Biennale in Venedig, erneute Teilnahme in den Jahren 1950 bis 1985 sowie Teilnehmer der documenta I, II und VI. (1371465) (18)
