Junge Frau in türkisfarbenem langem Rock vor einer Wand auf einer Bank sitzend, dabei an einem bis zum Boden führenden, langen Stoff stickend. Etwas unfrisch.
Der in Italien geborene Maler war Sohn des bekannten österreichischen Malers Carl von Blaas (1815-1894), bei dem er auch seinen ersten Unterricht erhielt. Wie sein Vater hielt auch er später eine Professur an der Akademie in Venedig. Er wurde bekannt durch seine Genrebilder. (1360367) (18)
