Sichtmaß: 19,5 x 15 cm.
Auf der original schwarzen Einfassungsbordüre in Muschelgoldfarbe die Signatur „R. V. Orley fecit 1708“.

Zu der vorliegenden polychromen Bilddarstellung ist erst 2003 eine Vorzeichnung des Künstlers aufgetaucht, bildinhaltlich identisch, jedoch sind dort die Bärte der Alten deutlich länger angegeben. Die Szene ist traditionsgemäß in einem ummauerten Garten neben einem Brunnen gezeigt. An dessen Rand liegt Susanna, die zudringlichen Männer abweisend. Auffallend ist die dominierende Farbtrias Blau-Weiß-Rot in den Kleidern. A.R.
