Über ein belebtes steiniges Ufer mit Wäscherinnen, Bettlern, Händlern und Fischern fällt der Blick auf das Meer mit mehreren großen Segelschiffen, unter hohem hellblauem Himmel mit weißen Wolkenstreifen. Nach rechts führt eine baufällige Brücke zum benachbarten Ufer mit einem hohen flachen Felsen, auf dem ein kleiner Ort mit Kirche zu erkennen ist. Dahinter, in der Ferne liegend, ein größeres zum Ufer auslaufendes Gebirge. Auf der Brücke selbst einige Reisende, teils zu Pferde und ein sitzender Mönch, während am rechten unteren Bildrand ein Angler und drei weitere besetzte Fischerboote zu sehen sind. Vielfigurige Darstellung mit zahlreichen Details in zurückhaltender Farbgebung. Kleine Rest., Rahmenschäden. (1330793) (3) (18)
