Vor Landschaft in abendlichem Licht zwei am Boden sitzende, leichtbekleidete kleine Engel mit lockigen dunkelblonden Haaren sich darauf vorbereitend, eine Geige und eine Laute zu spielen. Mit ihren rundlichen Gesichtern, leicht geröteten Wangen und ihren dunklen Augen schauen sie aufmerksam und liebevoll aus dem Bild auf den Betrachter hinaus. Vor ihnen auf dem Boden sind zudem mehrere einzelne, teils blühende Pflanzen zu erkennen. Vereinzelt rest., teils Retuschen.
