Beigegeben ein Gutachten von Sandro Bellesi, Sesto Fiorentino, in Kopie.

Von zwei Engelsfiguren gehalten die auf einer Wolkenbank sitzende Heilige, die anhand ihres ihr attributiv beigesellten Rades, ihrem Marterwerkzeug, als Katharina von Alessandrien zu identifizieren ist. Ihr Haupt kontrastiert mit der goldgrundigen Himmelsöffnung, die von sechs Cherubim flankiert wird.
