Veronesi machte zunächst eine Ausbildung zum Textilzeichner. Danach besuchte er Kurse bei dem neapolitanischen Maler Carmelo Violante, der an der Accademia Carrara in Bergamo lehrte. 1932 begegnete er Léger in Paris. Seine Kunst entwickelte sich zusehens von figurativer zu abstrakter Malerei. In seinen Arbeiten fließen verschiedene Strömungen der europäischen Avantgarde zusammen. (1301605) (3) (18)
