Auf einem flachen Sockel die beiden nackten, leicht auseinander stehenden Männer, mit ihren Armen voller Kraftanstrengung beim Ringen. Die vorliegende Bronze nach einem Gipsmodell von 1962.
Provenienz:
Bedeutende süddeutsche Privatsammlung.
Anmerkung:
Berühmter österreichischer Bildhauer, Zeichner, Maler, Grafiker und Schriftsteller. International bekannt wurde er 1964, als er mit Herbert Boeckl Österreich auf der 32. Biennale in Venedig vertrat. Ab 1971 mehrfach Professor für Bildhauerei in Deutschland und Wien. Vielfach ausgestellt.
