BACCHUS AND ARIADNE Oil on canvas. Relined.
96 x 86 cm.
In gilt acanthus leaf frame.

The composition illustrates a subject, which Guido Reni also covered in the well-known original painting created ca. 1619/20 (Los Angeles County Museum of Art) which was copied several times by his workshop. Restored.
