Vor einem beige-braunen, nach rechts dunkler werdendem Hintergrund hebt sich der Blumenstrauß in einer weiß-grauen Vase, auf einer braunen runden Tischplatte stehend, besonders ab. Der Blumenstrauß, bestehend aus großen weißen Blüten im Vordergrund und nach oben laufenden, grünen und kleinen blauen Blüten, die an Vergissmeinnicht erinnern, schwungvoll und lebhaft wie in einem Farbfeuerwerk wiedergegeben. Eine nicht sichtbare Lichtquelle scheint die Blumen und die Vase von der linken Seite her zu erhellen und einige weiße Lichtreflexe auf den Tisch zu setzen.
