Flämischer Meister des 17. Jahrhunderts

Im Mittelpunkt des Gemäldes, in freier Natur, das aus Blumen in einer Schale und auf dem Boden davor liegenden Früchten bestehende Arrangement. Neben Rosen, Nelken, einer Mohnblüte und einer blauen Winde, sind an Früchten zu erkennen: eine aufgeschnittene Wassermelone, Pfirsiche, Feigen, davon eine aufgeschnitten, Pflaumen, Weintrauben und Kirschen. Malerei in vielen differenzierten Farbtönen.

Centralized still life arrangement in the outdoors comprising flowers in a bowl and fruit lying on the ground in front of it. Reference to the curator of the National Museum, Pretoria 1989 on the reverse attributing the painting to Martinus N. Nellius.
