Hochrechteckiges Bildfeld, umrandet von floraler Ornamentbordüre mit zentraler, puttigerahmter Portraitkartusche, welche von einem bekrönten Doppelkopfadler getragen wird. Oben zwischen zwei weiteren Putti arabische Inschrift in Kartusche. Alters- und Gebrauchssp., teilweise verblichen, besch.
Provenienz:
Gemäß Einlieferungstradition als Geschenk des Schahs von Persien an Kaiser Wilhelm II, darauf in die Niederlande gekommen, 1949 in Amsterdam versteigert, dort ersteigert von Van Boerma Teppichgroßhandel zusammen mit weiteren Teppichen, daraufhin an W.
