Ein Schimmel und ein braunes Pferd ziehen einen Holzkarren, darin ein Peitsche schwingender Pferdeführer, dahinter ein nobler Panje mit Fellmütze. Signed lower left "Warschau" and dated "1876".
The painting depicts a cart pulled by a grey and a brown horse with a coachman cracking his whip and a noble farmer with fur hat. In the background vast landscape with paddock fence and grazing animals. The artist, who is renowned for his horse paintings, has showcased the scenery dramatically.
