Ein Schimmel und ein braunes Pferd ziehen einen Holzkarren, darin ein Peitsche schwingender Pferdeführer, dahinter ein nobler Panje mit Fellmütze. Im Hintergrund weite Landschaft mit Koppelzaun und Weidetieren. Der für die Pferdemalerei bekannte Künstler hat die Szenerie dramatisch vorgeführt. (1120562) (11)

Signed lower left "Warschau" and dated "1876".
The painting depicts a cart pulled by a grey and a brown horse with a coachman cracking his whip and a noble farmer with fur hat. In the background vast landscape with paddock fence and grazing animals. The artist, who is renowned for his horse paintings, has showcased the scenery dramatically.
