BÜSTE DER KNIENDEN Bronzeguss, dunkelbraun glänzend patiniert.
Höhe: 45 cm.
Verso an der rechten Schulter Künstlersignatur „W. LEHMBRUCK“ (eingeschlagen), darunter Rautenstempel der Gießerei „A. Valsuani“ unter dem M mit dort angegebener Provenienz 1775 und Christie´s, 1999 (ob mit diesem Exemplar identisch lässt sich nicht eindeutig sagen, jedenfalls zählt die Bronze zur ersten Kategorie der posthumen Güsse).

Posthumer Guss.
Im Werkverzeichnung vergleichbares Exemplar aufgeführt unter der Nummer 278-280, am ehesten zu vergleichen mit der Werkverzeichnisunternummer 6, hier ebenfalls rötlich braune Bronze. Büstenausführung der von Lehmbruck selbst noch separat hergestellten Plastik, die ursprünglich als Ganzfigur gefertigt war. (1071871) (11)
