The reverse of the gentleman’s portrait with an old inventory no. “66” and labels with the sitters’ dates.

Half-length seated portraits of the Royal Bavarian Assessor of the state debt repayment commission, A. Scheichenpflug, and his wife, Viktoria (1783 - 1874), the great-great-grandparents of K. W. Gyßling. Sold with a framed depiction of the Scheichenpflug family portrait by Joseph Hauber (1766 - 1834).
