Migneco gehört zu den Hauptvertretern des Expressionismus in Italien. Seine künstlerische Ausbildung erhielt er in Messina und Mailand. Er gehörte zu den Gründungsmitgliedern der Bewegung „Corrente“. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wandte er sich einer vom sozialen Realismus geprägten Malerei zu. DAS BRAUTPAAR Öl auf Leinwand.

Ab 1931 in Mailand tätig, 1937 Mitbegründer der Bewegung „Corrente“, dann im Kreis mehrerer Künstler, unter denen auch die Namen Renato Guttuso (1911-1987) und Giacomo Manzu (1908-1991) zu nennen sind. In den 1950er-Jahren bereits Ausstellungen in Göteborg, Boston, Stuttgart, New York, Paris, Amsterdam, Zürich und Hamburg. 1958 Teilnahme an der 19. Biennale in Venedig. Werke seiner Hand in der Galleria d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea in Bergamo sowie in der Pinakothek in Faenza. (1032838) (11)
