Vor einem roten Vorhang stehend die junge Tänzerin bei ihren Übungen. Der Rock ihres weißen Kleides ist mit Pelzsaum besetzt. Auf ihrem schulterlangen braunen Haar trägt sie ebenfalls eine weiße Pelzhaube mit einer gelb-orangen Blüte. An den Füßen hat sie feine Ballettschuhe. Am rechten Rand des braunen Fußbodens liegen einige Blüten. Mit ihrer linken Hand hält sie den Rock leicht hoch und die Finger ihrer rechten Hand hat sie grazil abgespreizt. Ihr Kopf und ihre rehbraunen Augen sind leicht nach unten gerichtet, sie konzentriert sich ganz auf den Tanz. Harmonische Malerei, wobei das weiß gekleidete Mädchen einen starken Kontrast zum Hintergrund bildet. (12901088) (18)
