Bergristall, Montierung in vergoldetem Silber mit Schmucksteinen. In original Lederfutteral. Ovaler Standring mit teils transluziden Emaildekorationen mit maritimer Thematik. Der gebuckelte Stand mit geschnittenen Maskarons. Aufliegende Figur des Hippokamp mit Scharnierdeckel als Pferdekopf gestaltet.
Anmerkung:
Dem Wortursprung nach handelt es sich bei dem Hippokamp um ein Pferdeungeheuer, welches jedoch auf antiken Darstellungen häufig verschiedenen Göttern als Zugtier ihrer Wagen dient. (1250403) (13)
