Aufbau in Nussbaum, ebonisiert. Auf vier kräftigen, quadratischen Beinen in Pfeilerform, die auf einem hohen, mehrfach gestuften Sockel ruhen. An den Kopfenden jeweils durch einen Steg verbunden. Ein zentraler Verbindungssteg zwischen diesen. Die gerade, kräftige Zarge mit Mäanderband in hellem Holz eingelegt, sodass ein effektvoller Kontrast entsteht. Die Platte mit schwarzem, geprägtem Leder "au petit fer" belegt.
Anmerkung:
Der Tisch ist dem Stil des Filippo Pelagio Palagi (1775 - 1860) verpflichtet. Dieser stattete ab 1832 das Schloss Racconigi des Hauses Savoyen bei Turin im neo-griechischen Stil aus. (9302632)
