Bronze, gegossen, ziseliert und vergoldet. Auf profilierter farblich alternierender quadratischer Marmorbasis das aufmontierte Objekt in Ormolu. Quadratische Basis mit konischem, akanthusblattbesetzten Fuß sowie Ölschale mit Palmettzier und Drachenhandhabe, deckelseitigem Löwenknauf und Sphingenwesen als Dochtschale.

Benedetto Boschetti (1820-1860) war in der Via Condotti in Rom ansässig und für seine außergewöhnlichen Entwürfe in Marmor, Bronze und Mosaiken bekannt. (1261957) (3) (13)
