In Blue John gearbeitete, ovoide Vasen auf Profilfuß und gekanteter Basis. Reich mit Vermeil-Montierung versehen. Der Sockel mit gekanteter Frieszone, der ovoide Korpus mit plastischem Akanthusblattdekor eingefasst, während die Schultern von gekanteten Henkeln über Puttokopfdekor zwischen Fruchtgirlanden liegen. Der haubenförmige Deckel mit fruktalem Knauf einen Granatapfel wiedergebend. Alters- und Gebrauchssp., minimal rest. (11909624) (13)

Ovoid Blue John vase on profiled foot and angular base. With rich vermeil-mountings. Base with angular frieze, ovoid body with three-dimensional acanthus leaf décor. The cover with fruit-shaped knob. Signs of ageing and wear, with minimal restoration.
