Beigegeben ist eine ausführliche Expertise von Prof. Giancarlo Sestieri, Rom, datiert 13. November 2015. Mit Vergleichsnennungen, entsprechend der Expertise, die dem Gegenstück beiliegt.
Auch in diesem Bild sind zwei allegorische Themen in einem gemeinsamen Bild vereint. Im Zentrum die auf einem klassizistischen Stuhl vor einer Venusfigur sitzende weibliche Gestalt, die in der rechten Hand einen Bildhauerhammer hält. An der Venus arbeitet bereits ein geflügelter Amorknabe, ein weiterer beschäftigt sich links unten mit dem Torso einer antiken Marmorfigur. Ein Putto auf der rechten Bildseite schiebt mit einer Stange eine Säulentrommel nach rechts und verweist somit auf das Thema der Architektur, entsprechend der links im Bild sichtbaren Rundbogenarchitektur.
