Große antike Vogelbrosche

Seltene, schöne antike Vogelbrosche mit Diamanten, Smaragden und Rubinen. Als Körper ein feiner tropfenförmiger Smaragdcabochon, ca. 2,4 ct, umrahmt von Altschliffdiamanten, zus. ca. 1,6 ct. Hals und Federkleid besetzt mit Diamantrosen, zus. ca. 3,6 ct. Rubine und Smaragde im Kissenschliff, zus. ca. 5.5 ct. Schöne Sägearbeit, feine Ziselierungen an Kopf und Körper. Als Augen zwei winzige Rubincabochons.
Durch die abschraubbare Goldbroschierung und die separat zu montierende Öse auch als Anhänger tragbar.

Einige der kleinen Farbsteine sind gebrauchsbedingt leicht bestoßen, einige wenige sind wohl im Laufe der Zeit ergänzt worden.

Large antique bird brooch

Beautiful and rare antique bird brooch with diamonds, emeralds and rubies. The bird’s body is made of a drop-shaped emerald cabochon, circa 2.4 cts, framed by old-cut diamonds, altogether circa 1.6 ct. Neck and feathers are set with diamond roses altogether circa. 3.6 ct. Rubies and cushion-cut emeralds, altogether circa 5.5 cts. Some of the small coloured stones show small signs of wear, slightly chipped, a few have probably been replaced over time.
