Zinn. Bauchige Kanne mit hohem, glockenförmig getrepptem Fuß und engem, oben erweitertem Hals. Flacher, in Stufen zur Mitte ansteigender, von einem Knauf bekrönter Deckel. Dreipassförmiger Klappbügel, die beiden Halterungen mit Maskarons. Auf dem Henkel die zeitgenössische Besitzergravur "INOCENT * LC *".
Anmerkung:
In der Literatur ist die Verwendung wie folgt beschrieben: "... in diesen Schenkkannen bot man den Ehrengästen einer Stadt den Wein an. Es handelt sich um balusterförmige Kannen auf einem Standring, deren Höhe zwischen 25 und 35 cm schwankt. ... Die meisten erhaltenen Beispiele stammen aus der Champagne (insbesondere aus Troyes, Joinville und Bar-sur-Aube), manchmal auch aus Burgund." (P. Boucaud, C.
