Der Teller auf zartem Fußring, weich gemuldet. Im Spiegel ist ein junger Mann im Profil nach links zu sehen. Er trägt einen grünen Wams mit schuppigem Ärmel sowie eine flache Kappe. Bei dem im Bildnis Wiedergegebenen handelt es ich möglicherweise um Giovanni Bentivoglio, Herrscher von Bologna. Eingefasst wird das Bildnis von zwei ornamental gestalteten Rahmen. In die Fahne überziehend dekoriert mit persischen Palmetten und stilisierten Blüten vor "alla porcellana"-Grund. Die Unterseite zieren dicht gesetzte konzentrische Kreise. Die Bemalung in Blau, Ocker und Grün vor weißem Fond. Bruchrest. mit kleinen Retouchen.
