Silber, getrieben, gegossen, vergoldet, eingelassener Medaillenabguss. Über drei Lion and Ball-Füßen der zylindrische Korpus mit gemuschelter Wandung und drei spitzovalen Kartuschen teilweise mit Monogramm "SAK" zwischen Festons aus Früchten und Blumen. Hochgezogener, glatter Ohrenhenkel den Steckscharnierdeckel mit Löwen als Daumenrast haltend. Deckel in gedrückter Haubenform mit gemuscheltem Rand und großer, eingelassener, mittlerer Medaille mit umlaufenden Fruchtständen. Diese nach J. C. Hedlingers Originalmedaille (Durchmesser: 75,22 mm) von 1731 das Brustbildnis Frederik I von Schweden darstellend und mit Umschrift "FRIDERICVS. D. G. REX. SVECIAE." sowie rückseitig "CONSILIIS. ATQVE. ARMIS Ex: ORDO. EQUESTER.REGNI. SVECIAE". Min. besch. rest.
