Anmerkung:
Der Pariser Arzt Jean-Paul Binet verteilte je ein Straußenei an Chagall, Miró und Diego Giacometti, um sie künstlerisch bearbeiten zu lassen. Giacometti wählte nicht, wie die beiden anderen Künstler, die Methode, das Ei zu bemalen, sondern schuf diese filigrane Trägerfigur, die mit dem linken Fuß scharrt.
