In der Bildmitte ist in einer Rundaureole halbfigurig die Gottesmutter mit dem segnenden Jesuskind abgebildet. Vor ihrer Brust ist eine Leiter, da die Heilige Jungfrau in liturgischen Hymnen als "die Leiter, die zum Himmel führt" bezeichnet wird. In den Ausbuchtungen einer Rosette sind Engel mit Attributen aus dem Akatistoshymnos zu sehen. Kleine Rest., ansonsten guter Erhaltungszustand.
