Ovaler, figürlich beschnitzter, gefasster und teilvergoldeter Schaurahmen, der eine rote Baumkoralle umfasst. Der Rahmen in hoher bildhauerischer Meisterschaft geschnitzt, gebildet aus gebogten Akanthusblättern sowie Fruchtknoten symmetrisch im Oval hochziehend, in der Bekrönung eine abschließende Kugel. Seitlich Blüten, aus denen die Halbfiguren zweier Putten entwachsen, die zur Mitte auf den Korallenbaum blicken. In Art einer Montranz. An der Rückseite ebenfalls vollplastisch ausgeführt und gefasst, anstelle der Putten hier zwei geschnitzte Rosen, von Blüten und Blättern umgeben. Die Schnitzarbeit verrät hohe Meisterschaft, das Objekt möglicherweise als Kunstkammerschauobjekt gefertigt. Modern gesockelt, altersbedingt einige kleine Abriebe, mit schöner Alterspatina. (9520310)
