Drei schwarze "E"-Buchstaben stehen hintereinander aufgereiht auf der weißen Papierfläche. Drei nach rechts weisende Pfeile geben eine Richtung an und verleihen dem Werk eine starke Dynamik.
Das Werk entstand zu einer Zeit heftiger politischer Unruhen in Griechenland. Mit den agressiven Pfeilen und gleichsam maschierenden gleichen Buchstaben verleiht Kounellis der Bewegung innerhalb der Bevölkerung ein abstraktes Erscheinungsbild.

Das Werk ist im Kounellis-Archiv in Rom unter der Nummer "161" registriert.
