Das Brustbildnis zeigt eine junge Frau mir schwarzem, weich zurückgebundenem Haar. Ihr Gesicht wird von dem von links einfallenden Licht stark erhellt. Sie blickt ruhig und verträumt aus dem Gemälde. Gekleidet ist sie in einen weichen, hellblauen Mantel. Eine grau-beige Folie hinterfängt das Portrait.
