Hohe, schlanke Henkelkanne auf Fußwulst mit weich geformtem Ausguss. Das gotische Dekor ist ganz in dunklem Mangan auf die cremefarbene Glasur gemalt. Die Wandung wurde in Bildfelder mit rahmenden Streifen eingeteilt. Vorne ist die Büste einer vornehmen Dame im Profil nach links dargestellt. Sie trägt eine große Haube und um den Hals eine Perlenkette. Gerahmt wird das Bildnis von Ranken mit herzförmigen Blättern und Blättern in losem Rapport, sowie zu dritt gruppierten Pünktchen. Viterbo, circa 1450.

Tall, slim jug on foot ring with wide spout. The Gothic ornamentation is painted in dark manganese on a crème glaze ground. The body is painted with medallions framed by bands. The front depicts a half-length portrait of a lady in left-facing profile wearing a large bonnet and pearl necklace. The frame of the medallions feature heart-shaped and variously-shaped leaves as well as trios of dots. Cracked and restored.
