Im Hochrelief gearbeitet. Die Grundform ein im oberen Teil gestreckter Rhombus, der auf einer Spitze steht. Unten godronniertes, kleines Halbbecken, flankiert von Cherubinen, mit geschweiften Kanten. Darüber rahmt eine flache Ädukula einen aufgemalten Sakramentskelch. Neben diesem ist das Monogramm "S S" geschrieben. Eine Krone darüber wird von zwei flankierenden Engeln gehalten, die darüber auslaufende Zunge bekrönt ein weiterer Cherubin. Der Rand ist umlaufend mit S-Bögen geschweift. Zwei Bohrlöcher hinter der Krone für die Aufhängung. Bemalung in Blau, Gelb, Orange, Grün und dunklem Mangan. Bruchrest. und ein Chip am rechten Flügel des oberen Cherubin.
