Über rundem Sockel je eine Figur. Ein dandyhafter junger Mann mit seinem rechten Arm an einer antikisierenden Säule lehnend, ein älterer Herr mit Schlafmütze, Hausmantel und Schlüsselbund gekrümmt leicht nach links gebeugt. Die Figuren stellen Figuren aus Nikolaj Gogols Roman "Tote Seelen" von 1842 dar. Den jungen Herr wird man als Tschitschikiow, den älteren Herrn als Pljuschkin identifizieren dürfen.(930043)
